  1. Preheat the oven in advance
Whenever you’re baking desserts, such as the delicious Paleo gingerbread cookies, you need to make sure that the oven is super hot. Before you get started, it could be worth turning the oven on and waiting a while. Doing so will ensure that you get the results you’re looking for when you make your decadent Paleo lemon bars at home.
  2. Garnish with style
Looking for a way to take your Paleo lemon bars to new heights of sophistication? It’s all about the garnish you choose to use. In this recipe, we have advised that you use desiccated coconut. However, it doesn’t have to stop there. Add some fresh fruit or even nuts to the bars to make them extra special. Yummy.

While we have given guidelines for how long your bake should take, you need to ensure that you watch your dessert. Depending on the type of oven you have and how deep your tray is, you may find that times vary. Keeping an eye on the oven as your dessert is baking will make sure that it doesn’t cook too much or too little.
  4. Get rid of any bubbles
To make sure that the Paleo lemon bars cook perfectly, you need to make sure that there are no bubbles in the top layer mixture. You should use a large spoon to smooth out the mixture and get rid of any air. Doing so will lead to the best possible results!
