Goop’s “unsubstantiated” claims

Goop actually got into legal trouble thanks to “unsubstantiated” claims about the Gwyneth Paltrow jade egg. The company had to pay a $145,000 settlement in the state of California, as reported by The New York Times.[4] However, a representative from the company stated that the settlement didn’t indicate any liability on the behalf of the business.
